Bharat Business Networks

1. Subscription Nature

Bharat Business Networks provides access to a digital, subscription-based business networking and marketplace platform.

  • All payments made are towards subscription access to digital services and platform features. No physical goods are sold.
  • Access is granted only after successful payment authorization.

2. Payment Processing

Payments are securely processed through authorized third-party payment gateway providers compliant with RBI regulations.

Bharat Business Networks:

  • Does not store full card numbers
  • Does not store CVV information
  • Does not store banking PIN details

All payment data is handled directly by the payment gateway provider.

3. Pricing & Taxes

  • All subscription fees are displayed in INR unless otherwise stated.
  • Applicable taxes (including GST, where applicable) will be charged as per Indian law.
  • Prices are subject to change at the discretion of Bharat Business Networks without prior notice. However, changes will not affect already confirmed transactions.

4. EMI (Equated Monthly Installment) Terms

EMI options, where available, are facilitated through eligible banks and credit card issuing institutions via authorized payment gateways.

By selecting EMI:

  • You enter into a separate financial arrangement with your issuing bank or financial institution.
  • EMI approval is subject to the bank's internal eligibility criteria.
  • Interest rates, processing fees, tenure, foreclosure rules, and penalties are governed solely by the issuing bank.

Bharat Business Networks:

  • Is not a lender
  • Does not provide credit
  • Does not influence EMI approval decisions
  • Is not responsible for bank-level charges or interest

All EMI-related disputes must be resolved directly with the issuing bank.

5. Failed Transactions

If a transaction fails but the amount is debited:

  • The amount will be reversed automatically as per bank timelines.
  • Bharat Business Networks is not responsible for bank processing delays.
  • Access will only be granted upon successful settlement confirmation.

6. Refunds & Chargebacks

Subscriptions are digital service subscriptions.

Once access to the platform dashboard is granted:

  • Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
  • Chargebacks without prior dispute resolution may result in suspension of account access.
  • Fraudulent chargebacks may be contested through the payment gateway and banking channels.
  • Approved refunds, if any, will be processed through the original payment method and subject to gateway settlement cycles.

7. Auto-Renewal (If Applicable)

Certain subscription plans may auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

  • Users are responsible for managing subscription settings.
  • Failure to cancel before renewal does not automatically qualify for refund.

8. Limitation of Payment Liability

Under no circumstances shall Bharat Business Networks be liable for:

  • Bank-level EMI rejections
  • Interest disputes
  • Processing fee disputes
  • Payment gateway downtime
  • Card issuer declines

Payment-related disputes must first be addressed with the respective financial institution.
